用法
称取本品 6.7g,另取葡萄糖 5 g 或等量的其它糖类,加热溶解于 100ml 蒸馏水中,制成 10 倍溶液,过滤除菌。使用时,取 0.5ml 10倍溶液加入 4.5ml 无菌蒸馏水中,备用。
